If you own land in Andhra Pradesh, knowing your Haddulu (boundaries) is essential to avoid Bhala-dhur (encroachments) and Vivadalu (disputes). The AP government provides these details through the Meebhoomi and Bhu Naksha portals.

Why do you need an FMB Sketch?

  1. Gattu Vivadalu (Boundary Disputes): If a neighbor moves the boundary stones, the FMB is your proof.
  2. Aasti Ammakaalu (Property Sales): Buyers will ask for the Map to verify the extent.
  3. Bank Runalu (Bank Loans): To get an Agri-loan, banks require the FMB to confirm the land's existence.

Method 1: Download via Meebhoomi Portal (మీభూమి పోర్టల్)

The Meebhoomi website is the main hub for Bhu-darpanam (viewing land records).

  1. Visit the Site: Go to meebhoomi portal .
  2. Select FMB: On the top menu bar, click on the "F.M.B" option.
  3. Enter Details (వివరాలు):
    • Jilla (District)
    • Mandalam (Mandal)
    • Gramam (Village)
    • Survey Number (సర్వే నంబర్)
  4. Verification: Enter the Captcha Code and click Submit.
  5. Download: Your FMB sketch will appear. You can save it as a PDF or take a Printout.

Method 2: Using the Bhu Naksha AP Portal

This is an interactive way to see where your plot sits in the entire village.

  1. Open Portal: Go to bhunaksha.ap.gov.in .
  2. Geography Selection: On the left side, select your District, Mandal, and Village.
  3. Find your Plot: You can click on the map or type your Survey Number.
  4. Map Report: Click on the "Map Report" button. This generates a document showing your land and all the neighboring Survey Numbers around it.
